Aideal Engineering & Trading Pte. Limited in Brazil’s Norte region is seeking a hands-on CNC Machinist to operate 3-axis milling and turn-mill equipment, reading engineering drawings to produce precision components.

The candidate will set up workpieces, verify tolerances, and program with MasterCAM to ensure accurate results. The role also involves handling complex machining profiles, designing jigs and fixtures for CNC setups and QC inspections, supporting production schedules, and maintaining

• Operate CNC machines including milling (3-axis) and turn-mill to produce precision components according to engineering drawings.
• Set up workpieces and ensure all parts meet specified tolerances in the printed drawings.
• Program CNC operations using MasterCAM + coding with efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle complex machining profiles and high-tolerance components.
• Design jigs and fixtures for CNC setups and QC inspections.
• Support production schedules and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Maintain 5S workplace standards and follow safety regulations.
