A B2B software startup is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead the go-to-market strategy and build a demand generation engine. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or healthtech marketing, comfortable executing campaigns and optimizing performance. This role offers the opportunity to shape the brand and narrative in a fast-paced startup environment, with a focus on health insurers across multiple countries.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Founding Team (Equity-Based)

About MUBA

MUBA is an early-stage B2B software startup building hyper-targeted micro-apps to automate critical workflows in health insurers (onboarding, claims validation, authorizations, etc.). We move at startup speed—prototyping in days, iterating with real customers and scaling modular solutions with VC backing on the horizon.

What You'll Do

  • Define & own our go-to-market strategy
    : Position MUBA's micro-apps in the healthtech ecosystem, craft messaging pillars and differentiation vs. legacy insurtech/low-code platforms.
  • Build demand generation engine
    : Launch targeted campaigns (content, events, digital ads) to fill our pilot pipeline of insurers, brokers and TPAs.
  • Shape the brand & narrative
    : Create our website, pitch decks, case study templates and thought-leadership assets to establish MUBA as the go-to partner for rapid, modular automation in health.
  • Drive sales enablement
    : Equip our small sales/BD team with one-pagers, battlecards, playbooks and ROI calculators to close pilots and convert to paid engagements.
  • Leverage partnerships
    : Identify and cultivate alliances with healthtech platforms, industry associations, and channel partners across Argentina, Brazil and the U.S.
  • Measure & optimize
    : Define KPIs (leads/MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, LTV), set up dashboards and relentlessly iterate on what works.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B SaaS/healthtech marketer
    with experience launching and scaling enterprise solutions (5+ years).
  • Hands-on growth hacker
    : you can build and execute campaigns yourself in early stages (HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, webinars).
  • Storyteller & designer of narratives
    : you know how to distill complex workflows into simple value propositions and compelling content.
  • Data-driven & metrics obsessed
    : you love dashboards and testing — constant A/B tests and funnel optimizations are in your DNA.
  • Networker & relationship builder
    : comfortable on stage at conferences, pitching industry execs, forging partnerships.
