QONSULT SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Cloud Specialist to design, deploy, secure, automate, and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and related platforms.
The role blends cloud engineering, DevOps/DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and compliance responsibilities with a focus on secure, scalable environments and automation. Strong IaC and CI/CD experience are essential.
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Specialist to design, deploy, secure, automate, and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructure. The role combines cloud engineering, DevOps/DevSecOps, cybersecurity, compliance, and operational responsibilities across Azure, AWS, and related enterprise platforms.
Design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot secure, scalable, highly available cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
Implement and manage cloud services across Azure and/or AWS, including compute, networking, storage, identity, security, monitoring, and Microsoft 365.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent technologies.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions for application and infrastructure deployments.
Integrate automated testing, security scanning, compliance validation, and deployment controls into DevSecOps workflows.
Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes where applicable.
Implement cloud security controls and ensure alignment with organizational and Government security policies, standards, and industry best practices.
Review cloud security posture, vulnerabilities, configurations, risks, audit findings, and remediation activities.
Support vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, configuration reviews, risk assessments, and security audits.
Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, backup, disaster recovery, and operational controls.
Support cloud migration, modernization, deployment automation, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, security, and operational incidents and coordinate remediation with application, security, and infrastructure teams.
Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, architecture configurations, and compliance evidence.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, systems engineering, or cybersecurity experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
Experience with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networking.
Experience with Terraform/IaC, CI/CD pipelines, Git, YAML, and deployment automation.
Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, vulnerability management, monitoring, logging, backup, and disaster recovery.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft 365, and hybrid/on-premises environments would be advantageous.
Understanding of cybersecurity standards, ICT governance, risk management, and ITIL practices.
Experience supporting Government or regulated environments would be advantageous.
Relevant cloud, DevOps, or cybersecurity certifications such as Azure, AWS, Terraform, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalent are preferred.
