Job summary

EY BR is seeking a Senior Cloud Manager to lead Azure Landing Zone architectures, Terraform-based IaC, and cloud governance for enterprise environments. The role involves collaborating with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive automation, security, and operational excellence in Azure.

The candidate should have hands-on Azure, Terraform, and IaC expertise, with a strong leadership mindset and ability to guide complex infrastructure decisions in a regulated enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, Terraform, and Azure Landing Zones.
• Experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and governing enterprise-scale Azure environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform automation, deployment, configuration, and reusable modules.
• Fluent English for communication with US-based stakeholders.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Manager to lead the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise Microsoft Azure environments.

The professional will focus on Azure Landing Zones, Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud security, automation, and operational excellence, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders.

• Experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and governing enterprise-scale Azure environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform automation, deployment, configuration, and reusable modules.
• Solid understanding of Azure Networking, Security, IAM, Azure Policy, ARM, Management Groups, Subscriptions, RBAC, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure Monitor.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Strong technical leadership, architecture decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced or fluent English for communication with US-based stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated enterprise environments.
• Previous experience in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management.
