Jobgether is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer based in Brazil to design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Azure environments for a range of clients. You will combine hands-on infrastructure work with strategic problem solving and technical leadership across greenfield deployments and cloud migrations.

You will translate business needs into secure, scalable cloud solutions, automate operations, and contribute to continuous improvement while mentoring team members.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in cloud infrastructure within a professional setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Professional services or client-facing technical experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud technologies and migrations.
• Strong Azure networking, security, and SQL/PaaS familiarity.
• Scripting and automation with PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform or similar.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to design, deploy, and optimize sophisticated Microsoft Azure cloud environments for a diverse range of clients. You will combine hands-on infrastructure engineering with strategic problem-solving and customer-facing technical leadership. Working across greenfield deployments, brownfield environments, and cloud migrations, you will help organizations modernize their infrastructure and improve operational performance. You will collaborate closely with customers to translate business needs into secure, scalable cloud solutions. The position also provides opportunities to automate infrastructure operations, develop innovative cloud services, and contribute to continuous improvement. As a trusted technical adviser, you will help guide complex projects while sharing knowledge and supporting the development of other team members.

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, configure, install, administer, maintain, and upgrade advanced infrastructure components within cloud environments.


• Design and implement automated solutions for cloud infrastructure deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and operational management.


• Lead infrastructure project deployments, including greenfield cloud environments, brownfield management tooling implementations, and migrations from on-premises infrastructure to Azure.


• Troubleshoot advanced infrastructure issues, support client escalations, and provide technical guidance to internal operations teams.


• Collaborate directly with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective cloud infrastructure solutions.


• Develop operational runbooks and define alerting and telemetry strategies aligned with client business needs.


• Apply continuous improvement and data-driven analysis to enhance delivery timelines, service quality, and operational efficiency.


• Contribute to the development and productization of innovative, value-added cloud services.


• Act as a trusted technical adviser for internal and external stakeholders, providing consultative guidance and strategic recommendations.


• Stay current with Microsoft and Azure technologies and recommend relevant improvements, tools, and capabilities.


• Maintain accurate configuration and deployment documentation for client cloud environments.


• Support knowledge sharing, training, and the professional development of other team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a technical or service-oriented organization with significant hands-on cloud infrastructure experience.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.


• Previous experience in professional services or external client-facing technical roles.


• Advanced knowledge of hyperscaler cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.


• Proven experience migrating workloads from on-premises environments to Azure.


• Strong understanding of Azure networking, including NSGs, WAFs, VPN gateways, storage, and related networking constructs.


• Experience with Azure and Windows high-availability configurations, administration, and troubleshooting.


• Experience with Microsoft SQL, including SQL Always On deployments and configuration.


• Familiarity with Azure SQL PaaS and Azure Web App services.


• Strong understanding of IT and Microsoft Azure security best practices.


• Experience mapping and implementing information security and compliance controls and frameworks.


• Strong scripting and automation capabilities using technologies such as PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Ansible, or Terraform.


• Ability to work effectively within agile, ITIL, change management, and regulated environments.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues efficiently.


• Excellent communication, documentation, prioritization, and customer service skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.


• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute as both a team member and technical leader.


• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).


• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).


• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800/AZ-801).


• Ability to obtain the Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200) certification within the first 90 days.
