As part of our Operations Team, you'll partner directly with clinical care leadership to recruit licensed mental health therapists who share our vision of creating a world where everyone has access to exceptional mental health care. You'll own the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing candidates, guiding them through an outstanding candidate experience, and closing. You'll play a key role in helping scale Two Chairs during an exciting phase of growth.

The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $111,200 - $130,800. The final offer is dependent on the qualifications and experience of the candidate hired. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between
