Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst to apply healthcare IT expertise to AI training, focusing on EHR workflows, clinical applications, and hospital IT infrastructure to help AI reason accurately about real-world care.

This remote, hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week and the chance to influence how AI understands clinical realities. You’ll evaluate AI-generated content, review outputs for accuracy, identify gaps in clinical reasoning, and ensure alignment with real-world

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
• Experience evaluating healthcare IT workflows and clinical environments for AI alignment.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills in clinical IT.
• Clear written communication and documentation abilities.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and technical troubleshooting scenarios

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with system optimization in clinical settings
• Comfortable bridging the gap between clinical workflows and technical solutions
• Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate quality and accuracy at scale
• Clear written communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in working across multidisciplinary teams including clinicians and IT staff
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance, interoperability standards, or clinical decision support systems
