Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to oversee operational execution of clinical trials for AI training. This fully remote, hourly contract role suits seasoned clinical operations professionals who can manage timelines, budgets, and CROs across multiple trials.

You will coordinate with CROs, research sites, and internal teams to drive smooth study operations, identify risks early, and apply clinical expertise to improve AI systems trained on real-world data.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms
• Background working across therapeutic areas or global multi-site trials
