Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to oversee the operational execution of clinical trials in support of AI training in healthcare. This role emphasizes remote coordination with CROs, research sites, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality study delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in managing budgets and timelines across complex trials, with comfort coordinating multiple vendors and external partners while operating autonomously in a remote

What You'll Do

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on track and meet quality standards
• Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and external partners
• Coordinate with CROs, research sites, and internal teams to drive smooth, efficient study operations
• Identify risks early, resolve operational issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the full trial lifecycle
• Apply your real-world clinical expertise to help evaluate, inform, and improve AI systems being trained on clinical research data

Who You Are

• Experienced clinical trial project manager with a strong track record managing budgets and timelines across complex studies
• Skilled at coordinating multiple vendors, CROs, or external research partners simultaneously
• Confident managing competing priorities and keeping multi-workstream studies on course
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a remote environment
• Clear and effective communicator with stakeholders at all levels

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms
• Background working across therapeutic areas or global multi-site trials
