Clinical Marketing Manager - Advanced Therapies Business

Join us in pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare for everyone, everywhere, sustainably. Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Clinical Marketing Manager - Advanced Therapies Business to develop and implement clinical marketing strategies for the Advanced Therapies portfolio in Brazil or Mexico.

Your role: Develop and execute clinical marketing strategies, serve as clinical and scientific expert internally, engage with customers to understand their needs, and reinforce Siemens Healthineers' clinical advantages. Responsible for internal education, external engagement with key clinical professionals, and supporting marketing materials and activities.

External stakeholders: Interventional Radiologists, Cardiologists, Neuroradiologists, Electrophysiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Neuro Surgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Spine Surgeons, and Cardiac Surgeons.

Internal stakeholders: Business Line Heads, Product Managers, Business Directors, and others.

Your expertise:

  • Establish relationships with KOLs and market influencers.
  • Identify market niches and clinical applications.
  • Conduct marketing plans with Business Lines and Product Managers.
  • Demonstrate clinical applications to strategic customers and support sales teams.
  • Enhance clinical knowledge within the company through training and materials.
  • Support scientific publications and educational events.
  • Coordinate training activities and develop advanced clinical course content.
  • Participate as a speaker at congresses and liaise with HQ on clinical topics.
  • Support marketing materials and develop local reference sites.
  • Lead clinical workflow improvements and support specific activities in cardiovascular, neurovascular, and cancer care.

Required skills:

  • Graduated in Medicine or Biomedicine with solid interventional and surgical clinical knowledge.
  • Sociable, communicative, resilient, and friendly.
  • Over 10 years in marketing and customer relationship management.
  • Fluent in English, with advanced Spanish and Portuguese skills.
