What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct equipment set-up both remotely (telephone) and directly (home visits)
• Perform titration studies, accurately documenting results within one hour per patient
• Complete service calls, providing timely documentation of activities and results
• Maintain a current calendar reflecting availability for patient appointments
• Act as a clinical resource during appointments, ensuring patient needs are met

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Associate's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or related field required; Bachelor's preferred
• Licensed or Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical services within the home medical equipment industry
• Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Strong work ethic with excellent oral and written communication skills
