What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a pipeline of prospective clients seeking mental health services, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates and quota attainment
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients and address any concerns as needed
- Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment to meet organizational goals
- Utilize CRM and various tech tools to track leads and manage sales processes efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of Inside Sales experience in digital health or a similar sales organization
- Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in the mental health field
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a diverse clientele
- Designated workspace that ensures client privacy for HIPAA compliance
- Availability to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
