THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a BPO Sales Operations Manager (SMB) to our SMB team in São Paulo!

YOUR IMPACT

  • Manage a third-party operation focused on small companies.
  • Implementation of the best practices in digital sales and process automation in sales.
  • Be a team player to work collaboratively across teams (Marketing, Client Success and Product Development).
  • Design and implement the strategies necessary to achieve the sales targets.
  • Promote training and development.
  • Build dashboards, KPIs, sales forecasts, commissions plan, career path for the team members.
  • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to convert B2B customers to increase self service sales.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Relevant experience in sales in B2B companies (previous experience with SMBs will be a plus).
  • Excellent comprehension of digital marketing, lead generation, funnel conversions.
  • Previous formal experience in leading and managing sales teams. Be a leader that is worried about developing his/her teams.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English is mandatory and Spanish will be a plus.
  • Experience in planning, developing the strategy, implementing, and managing sales processes and teams.
  • Quantitative skills to build business models, dashboards and conduct KPIs analyses. Use data to drive all decisions and finish all tests.
  • Hands-on mindset, be an excellent communicator and creative thinker.
  • Previous experience in Start-ups or in SaaS companies will be a plus.
  • Proven ability to use Salesforce, dialer software, chat tools, and CRM tools (ex: HubSpot) will be a plus.
  • Previous experience managing third party operations will be a plus.
