Vistex Client Manager position is client-facing and supports global payment management for multiple client sales and marketing programs in collaboration with senior account leadership. This role is personally responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and growth for assigned programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical and strategic advisor, ensuring clients fully understand and utilize Vistex solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate functionalities of the DMp, IA, and PC modules, aligning them with the specific needs of each client.
  • Develop strategic relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in solution adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, Consulting, and Development) to ensure continuous value delivery to clients.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and training sessions for key users and decision-makers.
  • Evaluate customer requests, measure the effort and timeline to deliver it, and create a Technical Proposal.
  • Monitor market trends and client needs to propose improvements and new approaches to utilizing Vistex solutions.
  • Become a trusted advisor to our customers.

Qualifications:

Education:

Preferred: Bachelors

Experience:

Required: 5 years experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Pre-Sales roles in enterprise software solutions.

Required: 5 years previous experience with SAP and with Vistex solutions.

Preferred: Experience in the enterprise software or technology sector.

Knowledge of pricing models, incentives, and rebates.
