Client Account Manager (Part Time), 50-100 hours per month

Important: This role is Part Time (50-100 hours per month), with potential for rapid increase based on needs and performance.

What You'll Do

This isn't a typical PM role under an "Account Manager" label. You'll own the client relationships early on.

  • Manage 5-7 client accounts, primarily DTC eCommerce
  • Provide updates, insights, and innovative solutions to clients
  • Coordinate seamlessly with Copywriters, Designers, and Tech Strategists
  • Review Klaviyo campaign results, monitor flows, and strive for ongoing improvements
  • Ensure quality assurance before client delivery
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Make clients feel supported and confident in our service

How We Work

We believe in results, not micromanagement. You will be expected to:

  • Use Hubstaff to track hours, maintaining 65%+ productivity
  • Deliver value during a 4-day async paid trial
  • Complete a small test assignment post-Loom review (max 3 hours)
  • Be proactive, responsive, and adaptable, especially during issues
Role Suitability

This role isn't for you if you need constant guidance, dislike feedback, or prefer unstructured work. It requires organization, accountability, and communication skills.

  • 2+ years in account or client service roles (excluding customer service/call centers)
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, assets, and feedback
  • Excellent English skills, spoken and written

  • Experience with Slack, Trello, Notion, Google Suite
  • Self-starter attitude, solutions-oriented
  • Availability during UK/CET hours, with occasional US client support
