Client Account Manager (Part Time), 50-100 hours per month

What You'll Do
This isn't a typical PM role under an "Account Manager" label. You'll own the client relationships early on.
- Manage 5-7 client accounts, primarily DTC eCommerce
- Provide updates, insights, and innovative solutions to clients
- Coordinate seamlessly with Copywriters, Designers, and Tech Strategists
- Review Klaviyo campaign results, monitor flows, and strive for ongoing improvements
- Ensure quality assurance before client delivery
- Identify and resolve issues proactively
- Make clients feel supported and confident in our service

How We Work
We believe in results, not micromanagement. You will be expected to:
- Use Hubstaff to track hours, maintaining 65%+ productivity
- Deliver value during a 4-day async paid trial
- Complete a small test assignment post-Loom review (max 3 hours)
- Be proactive, responsive, and adaptable, especially during issues

RequirementsWhat You'll Need
- 2+ years in account or client service roles (excluding customer service/call centers)
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, assets, and feedback
- Excellent English skills, spoken and written
- Good judgment on priorities
- Experience with Slack, Trello, Notion, Google Suite
- Self-starter attitude, solutions-oriented
- Availability during UK/CET hours, with occasional US client support
