Job Duties and Qualifications

Under direct supervision, assists the Service Supervisor during all phases of providing slickline services. Responsibilities include:

1. Pre-job product and service equipment preparation (assembly, testing, mobilization).
2. Service performance at the well site.
3. Post-job mobilization, equipment cleanup, and repair.
4. Repairs and redresses well pressure control equipment for subsequent jobs.
5. Documentation of processes as prescribed by HMS.
6. Adherence to all relevant company HSE policies and procedures.
7. Executing written and verbal instructions effectively and communicating with peers and superiors to ensure job success.
8. Working as an effective team member.
9. Performing basic mathematical calculations.
10. Maintaining basic reading comprehension and writing skills; basic computer skills are preferred.

This is a development position with the expectation that all Service Operators will advance to the Service Specialist role. The position involves developing and demonstrating:

• General knowledge of all slick line services and related products.
• In-depth knowledge of slick line tools and products in the geographic area.
• WPCE operation and maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of slickline unit operation, minor maintenance, and process documentation during resource preparation, mobilization, service performance, and demobilization.
