Job type: Full-time employee

We are looking for a professional to work in the Business Analytics area, developing descriptive and inferential analysis, data modeling, construction of machine learning algorithms, and working with generative artificial intelligence and IA agents, where your deliveries are accurate and focused on decision-making.

• Apply techniques for data selection, handling, and analysis, as well as construction of machine learning algorithms and use of generative AI (OCR and agents) for better decision-making in other areas of the Cooperative;
• Provide support information to guide strategic discussions in the business;
• Act proactively in searching for patterns and trends that contribute to better results for the Cooperative and the health of its beneficiaries;
• Evaluate the effectiveness and precision of new data sources and data collection techniques.
• Know the company's mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, attending to established norms to contribute to achieving established objectives, sustainable development, and better service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with policies inherent to processes, aiming to strengthen the organizational culture.
• Ensure continuous improvement and care for the quality of services and processes in your area of specialization, through research, process improvements, and/or guidance of other collaborators.
• Stay updated on trends in your area of activity, as well as new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market.
• Guide other collaborators in your team on technical aspects of your area of specialization, assuming technical responsibility when necessary.
• Participate in internal and external training, attending to guidance or requests made by your immediate superior.
• Care for a good work environment, following organizational and coexistence norms.
• Perform your activities in accordance with good practices, norms, and procedures of the cooperative.
• Perform other professional activities correlated and inherent to the position exercised, according to the guidance of superiors.

Formation for this position:

• Complete higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related areas.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with tools and languages focused on data analysis, machine learning (R or Python), and generative artificial intelligence;
• Knowledge, differentiation, and application of different types of algorithms;
• Knowledge and notions of SQL and the Office package;
• Knowledge of GitHub and experience in deploying models are considered differentials.
