About the opportunity:

• Outlier is looking for talented writers with fluency in Traditional Chinese to help train generative artificial intelligence models.
• This freelance opportunity is remote and offers flexible hours, allowing you to work whenever is best for you.
• Reading Traditional Chinese text to rank responses produced by an AI model.
• Writing short stories in Traditional Chinese on given topics.
• Assessing whether Traditional Chinese text generated by an AI is factually accurate.

Examples of desirable expertise:

• Experience as a professional translator.
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or a related writing field.
• Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.

Payment:

• Average pay rate for core project work by Traditional Chinese writing experts is USD $22.5 per hour.
