Lever, Inc. is seeking a Chief Operating Officer based in Brazil to own global operations across 25 countries. You will report to the CEO and lead Site Operations, Support, Business Operations, Hardware, and Compliance in a remote-first, AI-driven environment.

You will shape KPIs/OKRs, improve service delivery, and scale supply chain, while aligning teams and presenting strategic outcomes to the board.

Qualificações

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief Operating Officer based in Brazil.

In this strategic executive leadership role, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and take complete ownership of global operations across 25 countries and multiple time zones. Managing cross-functional teams spanning Site Operations, Support, Business Operations, Hardware, and Compliance, you will drive operational excellence, service delivery, and supply chain scalability. Operating within a high-growth, remote-first environment, you will pioneer an AI-first operational framework—reimagining organizational workflows, internal systems, and data infrastructure to maximize talent density and performance margins. As a key strategic leader, you will align organizational Key Performance Indicators and Objectives and Key Results, while occasionally presenting strategic outcomes to the Board of Directors and shareholders. Accountabilities:

• Global Operations Ownership: Lead and scale global operations across Site Services, Professional Services, Customer Support, Business Operations, Hardware, and Compliance within a matrix organizational structure.

• Performance & Metrics Framework: Partner with executive leadership to implement, operationalize, and track KPIs and OKRs org-wide, focusing on revenue margins, system efficiency, talent density, and employee satisfaction.

• Service Delivery Excellence: Direct end-to-end service delivery across site operations, professional services, and customer support to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and strict SLA compliance.

• Supply Chain & Hardware Management: Oversee end-to-end hardware procurement, inventory control, logistics, quality reliability, and hardware gross margins.

• AI-First Process Optimization: Drive the evolution of internal operating systems and organizational processes, incorporating AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, internal apps, data hygiene, and intranet knowledge bases.

• Governance & Board Reporting: Manage customer contracts, compliance frameworks, and SLAs while representing strategic operational achievements during board and shareholder presentations.

Requirements:

• Operational Leadership Experience: 5+ years of proven executive or senior operational leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary, global teams.

• AI & Technical Acumen: Demonstrated AI-first thinking and practical capability to leverage or build AI-driven tools, automation, and internal app ecosystems.

• Communication & Documentation: Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication skills with a track record of maintaining structured organizational documentation.

• Data & Process Orientation: Deep appreciation for data hygiene, systems architecture, and process design to drive scalable organizational performance.

• Customer-Centricity & Culture: Strong customer-focused mindset with a passionate commitment to nurturing talent density and promoting inclusive company culture.

• Industry Experience (Bonus): Prior operational experience within the construction tech, reality capture, or complex hardware/software services sector is a distinct advantage.
