At Trilogy, we're seeking a visionary CFO who can transform our financial infrastructure into an AI-powered system, moving beyond traditional management to create an intelligent, automated financial nervous system.

What You Will Be Doing

• Spearhead development of AI-driven financial systems that minimize human error and manual work
• Transform ERP workflows into automated processes using advanced LLM tools and automation
• Design and implement precise financial infrastructure managing tuition processing and compliance
• Create scalable, self-maintaining reporting systems across our educational ecosystem
• Enable exponential growth with minimal overhead through innovative solutions

• Managing traditional finance teams or routine closing procedures
• Maintaining status quo processes—your focus is on eliminating inefficiencies
• Working in a static environment—innovation and scaling are key

Key Responsibilities

Create and implement an AI-powered finance system capable of autonomously managing multiple educational ventures with minimal oversight.

Basic Requirements

• Financial certification (CPA, MBA, CFA, etc.)
• Leadership experience in organizations over $100M
• Audit experience of 5+ years or equivalent
• Expertise with enterprise ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
• Located within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones

Nice-to-have

• Knowledge of U.S. K-12 education landscape
• Experience implementing finance automation or AI solutions
• Experience managing multi-entity financial operations
