Location: Remote (Supporting US Client, EST Timezone)

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled AI Specialist with expertise in ChatGPT 4.0 prompt engineering, particularly focused on document ingestion, automation, and AI solution building. You will help develop AI-driven solutions that enhance and automate our client's document management and interaction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune prompts for ChatGPT 4.0 to handle complex document ingestion and processing scenarios
• Design, test, and implement AI-driven automation solutions
• Collaborate with Salesforce and Mulesoft teams to integrate AI components
• Research and recommend best practices for AI implementations
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI models and solutions
  
  

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT 4.0 or similar large language models
• Proven experience in prompt engineering and designing AI-driven workflows
• Experience with document ingestion, classification, and extraction technologies
• Strong understanding of APIs and integration with enterprise applications
