DESCRIPTION

Managing regional operations and delivery performance. Oversees daily channel operations, including supply routes, HCP network, and delivery metrics. Works with Process Management teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost performance. Manages relationships with key stakeholders including DS teams and carriers. Gearing Ratio: 1:1500. Benchmark: Based on MX Hub regional operations management ratio of 1:1500.

KEY DELIVERABLES

1. Management of regional delivery operations and performance metrics
2. Optimization of supply routes and HCP network efficiency
3. Monthly business reviews of operational costs and efficiency metrics
4. Development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives
5. Management of carrier relationships and performance
6. Coordination with DS teams for capacity planning and peak operations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor\'s degree
• Experience managing teams
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience delivering cross functional projects
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
