What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, develop, and expand relationships with channel partners to achieve revenue targets
- Identify, onboard, and develop channel partners across various verticals
- Develop and deliver partner enablement programs, including training and sales support materials
- Monitor partner performance metrics and implement initiatives to drive growth
- Track and report partner performance against KPIs and prepare presentations for senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in channel/partner management, sales, or business development roles
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems
- Ability to analyze data and market trends for strategic decision-making
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently
