The successful candidate will drive sales and foster customer relationships within the EQA sector. Fluency in multiple languages and a sound understanding of medical device regulations are essential.

Channel Partner Manager - LATAM

The Channel Partner Manager for Fluke BioMedical’s EQA (Equipment Quality Assurance) business is responsible for driving sales, customer engagement, and market share growth within an assigned territory or region. This role requires strong expertise in EQA solutions, the ability to manage customer relationships, and a commitment to achieving revenue and growth targets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share within a technical product portfolio.
  • Familiarity with EQA solutions or related technical instrumentation.
  • Strong understanding of medical device calibration, quality assurance, and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with Fluke BioMedical’s objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, healthcare management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience as a distributor manager, channel partner manager, or sales leader in healthcare technology.
  • Established network within hospitals, clinical engineering, and biomedical facilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales of Fluke BioMedical EQA products/services to healthcare facilities and calibration providers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
  • Identify and expand existing accounts and acquire new customers.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions.
  • Educate customers on EQA solutions.

Market Insights & Representation

  • Represent Fluke BioMedical at industry events.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
  • Collaborate internally to adapt solutions to market needs.

Channel Partner Management

  • Manage sales pipeline via CRM tools.
  • Provide sales forecasts and performance updates.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams for messaging and promotions.

KPIs

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Grow market share in the assigned region.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams.
