Where and how you can work

Our headquarters is in sunny Sydney, Australia, but our team spans the globe. Since we don’t have a physical campus in Brazil, this role is fully remote - giving you the flexibility to do your best work from wherever you thrive.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Leading reseller relationships across Latin America - onboarding, enabling, and growing performance with key partners.
  • Designing and delivering training, tools, and co-branded campaigns to help partners effectively promote Canva’s offerings.
  • Driving channel sales growth through business planning, performance tracking, and joint sales initiatives.
  • Representing Canva externally - supporting partners and stepping in with customers when needed.
  • Championing the voice of our resellers internally to ensure they have the support and resources to succeed.
You're probably a match if you have
  • Extensive experience across channel management, partnership development, or business development, with a focus on large resellers or channel sales.
  • A proven track record of managing and developing successful reseller programs or indirect sales channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce) and other partner management platforms is preferred.
  • Experience working with large resellers in Latin America, with a good contact network
  • Direct customer sales experience desirable, but not mandatory
  • Must be fluent in English and Portuguese, Spanish advantageous
