Who You Are

The Center Director will oversee all aspects of the Center, including program planning and delivery, team management, and ensuring high-quality participant experiences.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for the success of CIEE’s programs in São Paulo, including:

• Academic Program: Oversee program planning, faculty management, and academic quality.
• Student Services: Manage visa processes, orientations, and safety protocols.
• Human Resources: Lead staff recruitment, development, and management.
• Health, Safety, and Security: Ensure compliance with standards.
• Program Evaluation: Manage student feedback and evaluations.
• Financial and Legal Management: Handle budgets and legal responsibilities.
• Facilities and Housing: Oversee operational and maintenance aspects.
• External Relations: Promote CIEE’s mission locally and build stakeholder networks.
• Marketing: Support promotional efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Minimum five years of leadership in study abroad or higher education, with a Master’s degree or equivalent. Preferred skills include:

• Experience in São Paulo.
