What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Contact Center projects by building and maintaining project plans and tracking key measures for completion
- Support change management by developing and executing strategies involving key stakeholders
- Coordinate with IT for timely implementation and rollout of systems development projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with Contact Center leadership to define project scope and manage key initiatives
- Communicate progress updates and resource needs to functional stakeholders and leadership teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in project management methodologies and practices
- Strong knowledge of project plans, schedules, status reporting, resource forecasts, and risk mitigation
- Ability to work independently with limited direction to achieve defined results
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project resources

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Familiarity with IT project activities and User Acceptance Testing processes
- Background in home improvement retail or a related industry
- Strong analytical skills for synthesizing conclusions and developing concrete plans
