Amazon.com.br is seeking a customer-obsessed Category Marketing Manager to define strategies and create marketing initiatives that enhance discoverability and engage consumers across Home, Kitchen, Sports, Toys, and Tools categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Understanding & Insights: Utilize internal and external data to propose marketing initiatives that drive category growth. Analyze traffic sources, understand customer journeys, and collaborate with central teams to provide insights that foster customer acquisition and engagement.
- Demand Generation: Own the strategy and execution for campaigns via Events, Homepage, Outbound, and Onsite channels to increase awareness, acquisition, and engagement. Report results and refine strategies based on learnings.
- Customer Experience: Continuously improve the shopping experience by addressing issues, enhancing discoverability, and optimizing navigation in partnership with global teams.

- Participate in cross-functional meetings with commercial teams.
- Collaborate with teams to boost category discoverability and product visibility.
- Guide interns and support their career development.
- Brainstorm and test new campaign strategies, analyze results.
- Develop merchandising strategies for upcoming events and oversee related teams.
- Review performance metrics and customer engagement data to generate insights.
- Analyze customer segments to develop targeted marketing initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or Tableau.
- Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing campaigns.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience using customer research, data, and metrics for marketing decisions.
- Familiarity with systems and tools like email, web analytics, and CRM (e.g., Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce).
