About the role:

We're looking for a Casino Operations Agent to manage and innovate our casino game offerings. This role combines creativity with analytical rigor, curating exciting seasonal categories, organizing the catalog, tracking performance, and driving A/B testing experiments to optimize engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and manage the casino game catalog, ensuring a fun and engaging player experience.
• Monitor and track game performance using data-driven insights to optimize the catalog.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve player engagement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with game providers and internal teams to onboard new titles and expand the catalog.
• Ensure catalog updates align with growth targets and business objectives.

• 1+ year of experience in online gaming, digital content, or a related field (internships count!).
