Qualificações

• Experiência mínima de 3 anos em rotinas de alocação de caixa em ambiente dinâmico.

Responsabilidades

• Responsável por registrar pagamentos e recebimentos de clientes no sistema ERP.
• Assistência nas atividades de reconciliação de pagamentos e contas a receber.

About the role

GSS South America is looking for a Cash Allocation Analyst.

The person will support and be responsible for the following activities:

1. Booking regular customer payments/receipts (local ERP System – Oracle)
2. Import & Export exchange operations
3. Providing assistance to Collection Team
4. Payment reconciliation activities, accounts receivable, payables and collections
5. Handling of invoices, agreement and international payment/receivable orders
6. Contact with customer, external provider, Brokers, Banks and internal clients
7. Access and maintenance of bank accounts and saving bank statements
8. Sending receipts of payments to internal/external clients
9. Checking invoices in the system (Basware)
10. Assist in administrative routines in general and with filling system
11. Other relevant tasks to be assigned

About you

Technical Skills:

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, business administration, or related area
2. MBA/Post Graduation is a plus
3. Experience with SAP/Oracle (or equivalent ERP system)
4. Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash allocation routines on a dynamic environment
5. Knowledge of foreign exchange transactions process in Brazil is a plus
6. Analytical and detail oriented, must bring a process improvement mindset
7. Ability to interact effectively with internal customers and the general public
8. Availability to work 40 hours per week, in hybrid work (3 days at the office per week)
9. Ability to handle multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines
10. Able to work in an environment with volatile demands (accounting routines, recurring meetings and new projects)
11. Self-driven with teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills, take personal responsibility for professional development
12. Demonstrates ownership and accountability also understands the need for and embraces change.
13. Digital Native – deep knowledge in Office Package, in special Excel (index matching, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) and MS Forms;
14. Data management and analysis (incl. tools like Power BI) and Story telling (Data advisory) is a plus
15. Ability to communicate in English clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
16. Native in Portuguese (Mandatory)
17. Spanish communication is a plus
