  • 3-5 years of patient-facing or high-touch customer interaction experience required
  • In-depth understanding of health insurance benefits and relevant state and federal laws
  • Excellent written and oral communication, mediation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%, possibly on weekends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Bi-lingual; Spanish language skills preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Direct experience in case management or healthcare systems
  • Previous work in pharma/biotech patient services
