Cargo is Rappi’s B2B logistics as a service (LaaS) solution. Today Cargo operates with a handful of retailers and a product in constant development. Our goal is to become Latam leaders of “last-mile as a service” providers by developing a robust solution followed by streamlined biz ops processes where we can offer it at scale, pushing our allies to become a top-class e-commerce player, identifying hot spots and opportunities not only inside our operations but also in our partner’s.As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Apply short and medium-term growth strategies to increase the order potential of small and medium-sized allies
Responsible for the collections cycle, including processes such as settlement, invoicing and collecting
Ensure accomplishing the targets for each of the quality metrics
Identify areas for improvement in the different business processes and propose creative solutions to address them
Implement growth campaigns with partners and act as a consultant to help them grow their businesses
Receive and communicate allies’ feedback and market needs into concrete technical features we can develop to strengthen our product
Define how we share useful analytics to our allies and standardize dashboards and templates for external presentations (this role doesn’t build dashboards, but design them)
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
At least 3-6 years of professional experience in analytical roles in tech or logistics
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field or business
Ability to manage business relations with internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in a second language, either English or Portuguese
Ability to break down complex problems and translate them into effective action plans
Ability to transform data into stories and present them clearly to external audiences
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and productive with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
Intermediate or Advanced Excel
Intermediate or Advanced SQL
