- Assist care partners with navigating paperwork, trial steps, and financial questions
- Maintain accurate documentation of all care partner interactions and track engagement trends
What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Proven ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
