A leading assistive technology company is seeking a remote Customer Service Advocate to support care partners throughout the sales process. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for care partners throughout the sales process
- Build strong relationships through timely and personalized communication via phone, text, and email
- Deliver customized training sessions and device support tailored to individual needs
- Assist care partners with navigating paperwork, trial steps, and financial questions
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and track care partner outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
- Proficient in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales, engagement, or relationship management strongly preferred
- Background in the healthcare industry preferred
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Office 365, and Zoom preferred
