Care Manager - Autism, licensed - Remote in PA (Finance)

Seeking experienced BCBA professionals with an Independent-level license in PA, and a combination of BCBA certification or Behavioral Specialist License (BSL) in PA. Ability to work with diverse teams and experience delivering ABA to Medicaid members in PA is preferred.

This is a remote position requiring PA licensure. If residing outside PA, licensure in your state and PA is necessary.

Under supervision and in collaboration with the clinical team, the Care Manager authorizes and reviews autism services, including ABA. Responsibilities include data analysis, coordinating with service providers, shaping care plans, and monitoring member progress. The role involves case management, including behavioral health services.

1. Perform concurrent reviews with ABA treatment teams.
2. Handle initial case requests for autism, behavioral health, and ABA services.
3. Review submitted materials and consult with providers.
4. Evaluate IEPs, psychological testing, and other assessments.
5. Inform members and providers about benefits, resources, and policies.
6. Collaborate with Medical Directors and Physician Advisors on clinical questions.
7. Participate in quality improvement activities and team initiatives.
8. Contribute to organizational performance and culture.
9. Maintain flexibility in duties and schedule to serve members effectively.
10. Identify operational issues and suggest improvements.
11. Manage workload per performance standards.
12. Work with community agencies as needed.
13. Propose treatment plan alternatives when necessary.
14. Identify gaps in provider networks and advocate for members.
15. Interact professionally with providers to facilitate treatment.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Job Requirements
