Job Description:
You will be responsible for:
- Managing projects (PMO) for Argentina CARVYKTI Launch, ensuring all deliverables are on track, providing visibility and risk management to leadership.
- Applying strong project management skills combined with business acumen and analytical skills to drive process improvements.
- Implementing change management (ADKAR) aligned with commercial operations FPOs.
- Developing and maintaining commercial operational procedures (manuals, policies, SOPs, WIs) related to E2E CART flow for Argentina, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Overseeing the training plan and ensuring successful execution, with documentation approval in the system.
- Collaborating with commercial operations CTMs, ETMs, and third parties to ensure a flawless CART launch and transition to BAU, including metrics implementation.
- Executing stakeholder, business, and organizational readiness plans to ensure timely change control.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in Pharma or CRO/CMO for Advanced Therapies operations (e.g., Car-t, Gene Therapy).
- Project Management (PMO) experience.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Fluent in Spanish & English.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Administration, or Science.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and business acumen.
- Leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Experience in a highly matrixed & global organization.
- Knowledge of quality, compliance, supply chain, operations, and logistics is highly desirable.
- Analytical, process-oriented, with decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Process Excellence experience and professional certifications in change management are preferred.
