Jobtailor is seeking a proactive CAPEX PMO Analyst in Curitiba to update and maintain CAPEX project databases, ensuring consistency across budget, actuals, forecast, schedule, and stakeholders.

You will support updates to project management systems, consolidate data for reports and dashboards, and assist in governance and KPI improvements. A degree in business/engineering and strong Excel skills are required, with interest in AI and automation a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, accounting, technology, or PM.
• Experience with controls, databases, financial routines, planning, PMO, back-office or administrative areas.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Interest in using AI, automation and data analysis to improve processes.
• Strong analytical skills, organization and attention to detail.
• Good communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SAP or automation tools is a plus.

• Update and maintain CAPEX project databases, ensuring consistency across budget, actuals, forecast, schedule, status and responsible parties.
• Support updates to project management systems and financial controls, ensuring quality and standardization of information.
• Consolidate data for reports, dashboards, executive presentations and follow-up forums.
• Support analysis of variances between budget, actuals and project closure forecasts.
• Address inconsistencies in databases, systems and internal controls.
• Support CAPEX governance routines, including preparation of materials, tracking open issues and follow-up with stakeholders.
• Contribute to improvements in processes, controls and KPIs for the area.
• Support the use of digital tools and AI solutions to automate routines, analyze data, generate insights and improve efficiency in Project Management Office processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Technology, Project Management or related fields.
• Experience with controls, databases, financial routines, planning, PMO, back-office or administrative areas.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Interest in using artificial intelligence, automation and data analysis to improve processes.
• Strong analytical skills, organization, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams, project managers and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SAP, project management systems or automation tools is a plus.
