Capacity Planning Manager – LAM – Cotia, Brazil

We are seeking a results‑driven Capacity Planning Manager to oversee production capacity and long‑term planning across our Cotia (BR), Don Torquato (ARG) and Bogotá (Colombia) manufacturing sites.

This role ensures operational capacity, resources and flexibility to meet short‑ and long‑term customer demand while optimizing efficiency and minimizing bottlenecks.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain capacity plans for all LAM sites aligned with forecasts, production schedules and strategic goals.
  • Analyze supply‑demand trends, identify constraints and implement proactive solutions to prevent shortages or excess capacity.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Production, Supply Chain, S&OP, Engineering, Finance) to align on demand, resources and investments.
  • Provide visibility and scenario planning for short‑and long‑term capacity outlooks, including risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in utilisation, throughput, lead times and standardise tools/processes across sites.
  • Support capital planning and best practices, including justification for new equipment/facility expansion and fostering collaboration between sites.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: Background in capacity planning, production planning or operations within manufacturing.
  • Global Exposure: Experience with multi‑site or international operations highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in capacity modelling tools, ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle) and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel between sites (approximately %).
