The 8Agency, an independent B2B digital marketing agency specializing in technology companies, is hiring three (3) experienced Campaign Managers to expand its capabilities. These roles require a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

All Campaign Managers will be responsible for :

  • Client Relationship Management : Acting as the main point of contact and understanding client goals.
  • New Business Development Support : Identifying target accounts and contributing to proposals.
  • Time Management : Prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing circumstances.

General Preferred Skills :

  • 3+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience , preferably in tech.
  • Understanding of the customer lifecycle (lead to close).
  • Proven program management skills , including coordinating agencies and working in matrixed organizations.
  • Expertise in ABM tactics , email, direct mail, search, display, and social marketing.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities .
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Mandatory Requirements for all candidates :

  • Native Portuguese with Spanish skills OR native Spanish with Portuguese skills
  • Agency experience is a must
  • B2B Marketing experience

The 8Agency is hiring for the following distinct Campaign Manager roles :

This role focuses on the hands-on execution, launch, and optimization of digital advertising and marketing campaigns . You'll ensure campaigns are effectively deployed across various channels, reach target audiences, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities Include :

  • End-to-end activation across digital channels (search, display, social, email, programmatic).
  • Working with content teams for localization and regional programs.
  • Developing activation roadmaps and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Implementing A / B testing, audience segmentation, and bidding optimizations.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights.

Specific Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on major digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic DSPs).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and a keen eye for performance data.

  • Ensuring brand safety by monitoring ad placements and content.
  • Overseeing compliance with global and regional data privacy regulations (GDPR, LGPD, CCPA).
