Job Description

• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of your area and promote excellent service for our guests.
• Recognize guests' needs and comfort throughout all service periods, focusing on relationship and satisfaction: be attentive and professional at all times.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve drinks and snacks.
• Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Ensure thorough knowledge of all offered products.
• Perform "Mise en Place," reviewing cutlery, preparing tablecloths, and supervising the cleanliness and order of the assigned service area (restaurant or buffet).
• Know the menus of dishes and drinks perfectly.
• Report any necessary repairs to your supervisor.
• Ensure all customer tickets are correctly recorded at the end of each service period, along with cash register tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position; experience in similar category hotels or restaurants is valued.
• Specific training in Hospitality or Catering is desirable.
• Service-oriented attitude.
• Organized person, capable of managing time, attentive to details, and able to work under high pressure at times.
• Ability to keep the workspace organized, well-stocked, and clean.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Focus on customer needs, maintaining calm, courteous, and respectful behavior.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
