A leading company in benefit consulting is seeking a customer service representative to provide exceptional support to clients. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, following up on participant issues, and maintaining case notes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and prior experience in customer service. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, working from a secure home office.
