Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Call Centre Representative for its Pension Administration team. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, possess strong communication skills in English and French, and be adept at problem-solving in a dynamic environment. This full-time role focuses on providing exceptional support to clients regarding their pension plans and ensuring resolutions to inquiries are met with efficiency.
