Position Summary:


We are looking for a strategic and communicative professional with strong leadership and technical skills to act as Proximity Lead, serving as the bridge between business areas (Customer, Channel, and Consumer) and global Tech teams. This role is responsible for understanding local business needs, leading change management, ensuring the adoption of global solutions, and supporting the team of Proximity Specialists throughout the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:

The role is responsible for capturing and assessing affiliate needs and specificities within the product domain, contributing to backlog prioritization, and participating in product value mapping and framing with global teams. It also leads roll-out and change management activities, defining the level of effort, validating test scenarios, and allocating local resources to ensure successful adoption of global solutions.

This position monitors product adoption, gathers feedback from key users, quantifies value realization, and drives continuous improvement in partnership with product and engagement teams. It also involves managing and developing a team of Proximity Specialists, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to help them deliver on business objectives across LATAM.

  • Work closely with the Business Engagement Lead to gather and understand requirements from departments involved in Customer, Channel, and Consumer-related processes (such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Service) across LATAM, ensuring added value and alignment with Tech team priorities.

  • Serve as the proximity point of contact for global Tech teams, managing new business demands and validating the application of external requests within local entities.

  • Participate in change management activities, including value mapping exercises, ideation sessions, and product framing analysis; lead scalability studies within the Management Entity (ME) and animate key user communities to support the adoption of new solutions.

  • Contribute to the product lifecycle by supporting the transition of local solutions to global Tech teams.

  • Work in partnership with the ME Proximity Director to provide updates on demand-related topics and collaborate with Product Capabilities teams to validate prioritization and scaling decisions.

  • Collaborate with other domain Proximity Specialists to ensure a consistent and aligned approach across different business areas.

Requirements:
  • Experience in IT/Business transformation roles

  • Previous involvement in multinational environments is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of Sales & Marketing processes.

  • Experience in digital transformation and change management.

  • Ability to mediate conflicting interests between stakeholders.

  • Advanced English. Spanish is a plus.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
