Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and user stories to define test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce applications.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, including objects, fields, validation rules, flows, permissions, and approval processes.
• Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including data synchronization and error handling.
• Create and maintain test data to support different business scenarios.
• Document, track, and retest defects, collaborating with developers through resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate validation with business stakeholders.

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions through functional, integration, and regression testing. This professional will work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate requirements, identify defects, and support successful releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and user stories to define test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce applications.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, including objects, fields, validation rules, flows, permissions, and approval processes.
• Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including data synchronization and error handling.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Commerce Cloud.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing.
• Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with SOQL and Salesforce data management tools.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or relevant testing certifications, such as ISTQB.
