Job Purpose

Lead and execute high-complexity procurement tasks, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices. Work closely with leadership to develop effective sourcing and acquisition strategies.

Job Description

Apply Sourcing and Procurement procedures for supplier qualification and evaluation;

Issue and follow up on requests for quotations for high-complexity items/services;

Send technical clarification agendas to bidders;

Analyze and equalize commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with budget and company strategy;

Negotiate with bidders to secure optimal commercial conditions and adhere to budget constraints;

Issue Comparative Quotation Maps and well-founded purchasing recommendations;

Prepare, review, and send Purchase Orders according to business needs;

Follow up on Purchase Orders to ensure timely delivery and service quality;

Draft and renew high-complexity contracts, mitigating risks and optimizing costs;

Support Strategic Sourcing processes for complex scopes (commercial, financial, and demand capacity assessments);

Conduct negotiations with strategic suppliers, managing quotations, biddings, and alternative sourcing;

Monitor supplier performance according to TechnipFMC policies and defined KPIs;

Identify and engage new suppliers to fulfill high-complexity procurement demands;

Gather and analyze internal customer feedback to improve procurement processes and supplier quality;

Lead supplier management programs with key partners, including periodic performance review meetings (MPR).

You are meant for this job if:

• Academic background in Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Commercial/Financial/Managerial Processes, Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields;
• Knowledge of Oracle and SAP;
• Extensive background in strategic procurement and supplier management;
• Advanced English proficiency.
