Key Responsibilities:

1. Support business leaders by providing Financial Strategic insights;
2. Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, including Full Financial Statements (FS);
3. Build FS forecasts and budgets aligned with senior management’s strategic guidance;
4. Monitor budget execution, analyze variances, and support decision-making to enhance profitability and efficiency;
5. Monitor and optimize the Cost of Funding, working closely with Treasury and Finance teams;
6. Develop financial models to evaluate revenue streams, profitability, and cost efficiency;
7. Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Strategy teams to improve models and unit economics;
8. Track and report key financial KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement;
9. Work with the Consolidation teams during budget season to ensure accurate financial planning.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• Relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably within the fintech, financial services sector, or investment banking;
• Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other financial software;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus;
• Experience in the Brazilian Financial market (essential).
