Job Title: Business Systems Analyst/Lead (DOE)

Type: Full-time, Remote

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5 EST

Salary: 3,500 – 5,000 USD/month (salary based on assessment)

We are an alternative investments trading startup (in stealth mode) using in-house technology and operations to execute large-scale betting strategies. Our lean, core team is scaling quickly, and we’re looking to expand the foundation that supports our growth through robust systems, quality control, and efficient execution.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly technical and operations-minded Business Systems Lead to design, architect, and manage workflows that will serve our user base of 100 to 2000+ members. This role will be responsible for streamlining onboarding processes, managing member communications, and implementing automation and visibility systems that reduce friction across multiple operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement CRM systems and workflows to manage and integrate backend fulfillment systems and user-facing experiences (using tools like GoHighLevel, Airtable, Calendly)

  • Automate and streamline multi-step onboarding processes for new members using tools like Airtable, Make, and Zapier

  • Integrate and optimize via communication channels

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align workflows with broader operational goals

  • Continuously assess and refine systems to remove friction and improve user experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and deploying custom CRM systems and workflow automations

  • Advanced proficiency with Airtable, Make (Integromat), GoHighLevel or similar CRMs

  • Strong operations background at fast-moving, high growth startups

  • Ability to map out and streamline complex workflows with high-volume user interactions

  • Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and a bias for action

  • Comfortable working autonomously and making high-level decisions

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
