This expanding organization is rapidly transforming business to meet the demands of the market. This position is responsible for providing business analytical support to end users across all parts of the organization, especially our SME (Subject Matter Experts). This position will work with senior management and end users to shape existing and develop new business processes with the focus on improving business performance and scaling the business for the future.

Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, document, and analyze new business system enhancements, integrations, and implementations.
2. Work with business system developers to turn business needs into functional specifications.
3. Utilize Epicor ERP technical tools to satisfy business needs (BAQs/Dashboards, DMT, BPMs, Admin tools).
4. Work with the QA group to perform Computer System Validation software assessments and plan validation activities.
5. Design and develop processes and workflows that align system functionality with standard operating procedures.
6. Act as liaison between the business systems team and business owners, senior management, and subject matter experts.
7. Work with the Business Systems team to develop internal processes and procedures.
8. Provide day-to-day support for end users including but not limited to:
1. Analyze, prioritize, and resolve help desk tickets.
2. Troubleshoot software issues.
3. Educate users on ERP best practices.
4. Escalate tickets to projects as needed.
5. Provide formal Epicor training and documentation.
6. Work with the Business Systems group to administrate and maintain business platforms and security.
7. Other Business Systems tasks and responsibilities based on business needs as they arise.

1. 5+ years experience as business analyst or technical analyst.
2. 5+ years experience working with medical device, supply chain, and/or manufacturing environments. Should have a very strong background and understanding of logistics, purchasing, manufacturing, inventory management and warehousing disciplines.
3. Strong, in-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP and its underlying functional modules and development tools.
4. Remote support experience.
5. Experience with database and reporting tools (MS-SQL, SSRS, Power BI).
6. Proficiency with MS Excel.
7. Understanding of API concepts.
8. Experience with Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, and Confluence is preferred.
9. Experience with SDLC best practices and development methodologies.
10. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology field.
11. Excellent organizational and self-management skills.
