THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a HR Business Partner Specialist to our People team in São Paulo!

In this role, you’ll collaborate across regions, including Brazil, the USA and Europe, to support Corporate Functions teams; Finance and People. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the business with the ability to effectively engage and influence employees and leaders at all levels. You will need to be a master in running the tactical needs of the organization and people.

YOUR IMPACT

• Drive the execution of key HR initiatives, including talent and compensation reviews, succession planning, performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Provide exceptional client support by delivering high-value, best-in-class service to client groups.
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of global HR initiatives across regions.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key client and partner teams.
• Coach and support managers in resolving a variety of employee relations challenges and performance issues.
• Offer thoughtful and constructive feedback to strengthen management and leadership capabilities.
• Oversee recruitment strategies for all global functions in a rapidly growing international organization.
• Apply critical thinking skills to diagnose issues and proactively drive appropriate solutions.

Who You Are

• A professional with previous experience as an HRBP.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Experience working with the Workday (or similar) HRIS platform is a plus.
• Experienced in global, fast-paced, and dynamic environments, with a proven ability to deliver results quickly.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to influence leaders through data-driven insights to enhance performance, retention, and employee experience.
• Skilled at navigating and influencing in a matrixed management structure.
