Insight Global seeks a senior ERP Business Analyst to coordinate business requirements across business areas, IT, and SAP integrator in Brazil. You will ensure ERP solutions meet strategic needs and support multi-country environments.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, validating implementations, and leading executive workshops with stakeholders to drive finance, procurement, and supply chain processes.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
• Participation in at least 2 or 3 regional-scale ERP implementations.
• Experience working with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or equivalent ERP systems.
• Knowledge of processes of: Finance (P2P, O2C, R2R); Procurement; Supply Chain; Inventory Management.
• Experience in multicultural or multi-country environments.
• Experience coordinating business users and external providers.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main liaison between business areas, the IT team and the SAP integrator, coordinating the definition, documentation, validation and monitoring of business requirements.
• Ensure that the implemented solution meets the operational and strategic needs of the organization.
• Coordinate workshops and align stakeholders across functions to drive ERP initiatives.
